How to charge SONR Music correctly

To keep your SONR Music in good working condition, always follow these charging guidelines:

Use the original cable
Always charge with the magnetic cable provided in the box. Third-party cables may not connect securely or deliver stable power.
Keep contacts clean and dry
Before charging, make sure both the device and cable contacts are free of moisture or debris. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
Attach correctly
Align the magnetic cable and let it snap securely into place. The LED indicator will confirm charging has started.
Important: Do not attach the cable with reversed polarity (wrong direction). This can damage the device.
Charging time
A full charge takes about 2 hours. For the best battery performance, fully charge the device before first use.
Safe environment
Avoid charging in wet areas (bathroom, poolside, etc.) or in extreme temperatures (direct sunlight, freezing cold). This protects the battery and internal electronics.
