If your SONR Music device is not connecting via Bluetooth, please try the following steps:
- Ensure the device is turned on and in Bluetooth mode (you should hear "Bluetooth Mode" when it’s active).
- Ensure the device is not already connected to another phone or computer. If it is, disconnect it from the other device first.
- Reset the Bluetooth connection:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
- Restart the SONR Music device.
- Turn Bluetooth back on and search for "SONR Music" in the list of available devices.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
- Fully charge the device before trying again, as the low battery can sometimes affect connectivity.
- Try connecting with a different phone or Bluetooth device to see if the issue persists.

- The model of your phone (iPhone, Android, etc.)
- What exactly happens when you try to connect (e.g., does it appear in the Bluetooth list, any error messages)
