Device is not turning on

Step 1: Initial Setup
Before using the device for the first time, connect it to the charger and charge it for 2 to 2.5 hours.


Step 2: Verify Charging
Ensure the device is correctly connected to the charger. Double-check that the charging cable is securely plugged in and that the power source is functioning.

Step 3: If the Device Does Not Turn On
Confirm that the device has been charging for several hours. Check if the device appears on your computer: The device folder "SONR MUSIC" should automatically appear on your desktop.

If the folder does not appear, please check the following:
For Windows users: Open File Explorer.
For Mac users: Open Finder.

In case the device appears on your computer, but not charging, please contact us at infomusic@sonr.pro.
