Can I get a refund or replacement for a faulty device?

If you receive a SONR device that is not in working condition:

Steps to Resolve

  1. Contact our Customer Support at infomusic@sonr.pro.

  2. Our team will analyze the issue and provide instructions for troubleshooting.

  3. If the warranty case is confirmed and your device is within the 1-year warranty, we will arrange a replacement.

Note: Refunds or replacements are only provided if the device is found to be faulty under the warranty terms.
