Contact our Customer Support at infomusic@sonr.pro.
Our team will analyze the issue and provide instructions for troubleshooting.
If the warranty case is confirmed and your device is within the 1-year warranty, we will arrange a replacement.
Note: Refunds or replacements are only provided if the device is found to be faulty under the warranty terms.
