How to request a return or refund

To request a return or refund for your SONR product:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at infomusic@sonr.pro as soon as possible.

  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Describe the reason for your return (e.g., defective item, wrong product, changed mind).

  4. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item and the next steps.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery and must meet our return eligibility criteria.
