Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
Why Only 24 Hours?
As soon as you place an order, our system begins processing it right away.
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order:
Contact us immediately at infomusic@sonr.pro.
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Our team will confirm whether your order is still within the cancellation window.
After the 24-Hour Window
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then check our Return Policy for next steps.
