My tracking number isn’t working

If your tracking number isn’t working, here are a few steps to follow:

  1. Wait a little while
    Sometimes it takes up to 24-48 hours after you receive your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier’s system.

  2. Check the tracking website
    Make sure you’re entering your tracking number on the correct page (we recommend using 17track.net).

  3. Contact Support
    If the tracking number still isn’t showing updates after a couple of days, please reach out to us at support@sonr.pro. Our team will help you investigate the issue.


Tip: Don’t worry if you see no movement for a few days, especially with international orders. Tracking sometimes updates in batches when the package reaches checkpoints.
